Medicare Southeast is proud to announce that we are now officially recognised as a Qualsafe Awards Registered Centre – one of the UK’s leading awarding organisations for first aid and pre-hospital care qualifications.

This accreditation allows us to provide nationally recognised, regulated training courses for individuals, businesses, and organisations across Kent, London, and the Southeast.

🔹 Courses Now Available:
Basic & Entry-Level First Aid
• Level 2 Award in First Aid Essentials (RQF) – Covers basic first-aid knowledge and skills including CPR, choking, minor injuries, and safe responses. 

Workplace First Aid
These courses meet Health & Safety Executive (HSE) training requirements for workplace first aiders:
• Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) – One-day course teaching essential lifesaving skills (CPR, unconscious casualty care, choking, etc.). 
• Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) – Full qualification for appointed workplace first aiders with wider scope (major injuries, illnesses, fractures, etc.). 
• Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work Re-qualification (RQF) – Refresher for existing first aiders to maintain certification. 

Child & Paediatric First Aid
These are especially suited for childcare, schools and activity settings:
• Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF) – Focused first aid for babies and children, meeting Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements. 
• Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid (RQF) – Similar to the workplace emergency course but specific to paediatric situations.

✅ FREC 3 – First Response Emergency Care (Level 3)
• The entry point into pre-hospital emergency care.
• Covers trauma management, airway, CPR, AED use, catastrophic bleeding control, and medical emergencies.

✅ FREC 4 – First Response Emergency Care (Level 4)
• Progression from FREC 3 with greater depth.

✅ FREC 5 – First Response Emergency & Urgent Care (Level 5)

• Recognised stepping stone towards HCPC Paramedic registration routes.

✅ 1-Day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
